1. Payment Methods
- Card payments and EFT (bank transfer) only.
- Cash payments will be charged 20% extra

2. Booking Requirements
- All appointments require one of the following:
- R50 non-refundable booking fee — secures your slot, but the full price is still due at the appointment.
- Full payment upfront — saves you from paying the booking fee.
- Appointments without proof of payment will be automatically cancelled after 1 hour.

3. No Walk-ins
- All sessions are by appointment only.
- Walk-ins will be charged 20% extra

4. Session Rules
- Please do not bring more than 2 guests with you. No children are allowed
- No alcohol before or during your session.
- Arrive on time — lateness without communication may result in cancellation and loss of your booking fee.

5. Additional Information
- Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed or pierced.
- Bring a snack and/or water for long sessions to stay energized and hydrated.
