Booking & Payment Policy

1. Booking Information

All appointments at Vicious Inks are subject to the following booking policies. Please read these requirements carefully before securing your appointment.

2. Booking Requirements

• You can secure your appointment using either of the following options:
  • R50 non-refundable booking fee — secures your appointment. The R50 booking fee is not deducted from the final price. The full tattoo or piercing price will still be due at your appointment.
  • Full payment upfront — pay the full price when booking and save the R50 booking fee.
• Proof of payment must be sent after making your payment.
• Appointments without proof of payment will be released after 1 hour.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the loss of your booking and require a new booking fee to secure another appointment.
• Cancellations: The R50 booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment.
• Clients who paid the full amount upfront and cancel their appointment may be subject to the same cancellation policy.
• No-shows will result in the loss of the booking fee and may require full payment upfront for future appointments.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact your artist as soon as possible.

4. Appointments & Walk-ins

• All sessions are by appointment only.
• Walk-ins are accepted only when availability allows and are subject to a 20% additional fee.

5. Session Rules

• You may bring a maximum of 2 guests. Children are not permitted.
• No alcohol or recreational drugs before or during your session.
• Please arrive on time. Significant lateness without communication may result in cancellation and loss of your booking fee.
• Please eat beforehand and stay properly hydrated, especially for longer sessions.

6. Before Your Appointment

• Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed or pierced.
• Bring a snack and water for longer sessions.
• Avoid wearing clothing you do not want exposed to tattoo ink or other studio products.
• Please arrive with the area being tattooed or pierced clean and free from lotions or oils.

7. Banking Details

Please use your name as the payment reference and send proof of payment after completing your payment.
